Requirements:

• Active RN license in the practicing state
• Perioperative/OR experience preferred
• BLS required; CNOR or other specialty certifications preferred
• Strong clinical judgment, organizational ability, and communication skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare patients, instruments, supplies, and the OR for scheduled procedures
• Circulate or scrub as assigned, assisting the surgical team throughout cases
• Monitor patient status, administer medications per orders, and maintain sterile technique
• Accurately document perioperative care and ensure compliance with policies and protocols
• Provide patient and family education for pre- and post-operative care
