Requirements:

• Active RN license (Oregon or compact as applicable)
• Graduate of accredited nursing program; BSN required, MSN preferred
• BLS required; ACLS preferred
• Prior OR clinical experience required
• Previous leadership/management experience preferred
• Strong leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of the Operating Room to ensure safe, efficient surgical services
• Manage staffing, scheduling, and performance evaluations for OR personnel
• Coordinate case flow and optimize surgical throughput
• Ensure compliance with quality, infection control, and patient safety standards
• Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesia, and hospital leadership on clinical and operational matters
• Control department budget, supplies, and equipment needs
• Lead staff development, training, and education programs
