Core responsibilities
- Provide interventional pain and musculoskeletal (MSK) care in an outpatient pain clinic
- Perform procedures including trigger point injections and other interventional pain techniques as appropriate
- Manage patient evaluations, treatment plans, and follow-up care
- Coordinate care with support staff and surgical scheduler; document in Epic
Support team

- 1 medical assistant
- 1 surgery scheduler
- 1 acupuncturist
Required qualifications
- Active MN license
- Board certified or board eligible (BC/BE)
- BLS and ACLS
