Travel RN - Step-Down (PCU) — Cleveland, OH — Days/Nights — $2,280/40-hr

Join a contract/travel team in Cleveland, OH providing Step-Down/PCU care. This role is available ASAP and offers a rate of $2,280 per 40-hour week. Day and night shifts available.

Qualifications:

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license or compact privilege
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program (ADN or BSN required; BSN preferred)
• 1–2 years of acute care experience preferred (ICU, Step-Down, or Telemetry)
• Current BLS required; ACLS required or must be obtained within the facility’s specified timeframe
• Strong cardiac monitoring, assessment, and critical-thinking skills
• Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced clinical setting

Core responsibilities:

• Deliver direct nursing care to Step-Down/PCU patients, including medication administration and treatments
• Continuously monitor patient status and cardiac rhythms; recognize and respond to changes in condition
• Accurately document assessments, interventions, and outcomes
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to coordinate safe, high-quality care
• Respond promptly to emergencies and participate in unit-based workflow
