Weekend/Holiday: Every 4–6 weekends; holiday coverage as needed
Rate: $2,804 per 40-hour week

Essential Qualifications:

• Master’s or Doctoral degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
• Active Massachusetts Speech and Language Pathologist license
• Minimum 2 years’ home health SLP experience
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Active BLS (American Heart Association)
• Valid driver’s license and reliable personal vehicle for travel to patient homes
• Familiarity with rehabilitation equipment (language/communication aids, assistive devices, wheelchairs)
• Acute care experience preferred

Responsibilities:

• Provide home-based speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing evaluations and treatment
• Develop and implement individualized care plans and document per agency and state regulations
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary team
• Maintain required certifications, licensure, and clinical documentation standards

• Candidate must be available to start ASAP
• Traveler must supply own vehicle for patient visits
