Core Responsibilities

• Deliver direct speech-language therapy per student IEPs (on-site and/or via district-approved teletherapy platforms)
• Conduct assessments, write evaluation reports, and provide clear recommendations
• Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team planning
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and related service providers to support student progress
• Maintain timely documentation, case notes, and compliance records
• Ensure compliance with IDEA, FERPA, state regulations, and professional standards
• Perform other related duties as assigned
