We seek a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist to provide comprehensive assessment and skilled intervention for patients with speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing disorders. This role requires collaboration with interdisciplinary teams, clear documentation, and family-centered education to support optimal functional outcomes.

• Valid, active Speech-Language Pathologist state license

Key responsibilities

• Conduct thorough clinical evaluations and diagnostic testing to identify communication and swallowing disorders and determine severity.
• Develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans with measurable goals.
• Deliver targeted therapy to improve articulation, fluency, voice, receptive and expressive language, cognition, and swallowing safety.
• Recommend and train patients on augmentative and alternative communication (AAC) as needed.
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers on strategies, home exercises, and compensatory techniques.
• Monitor and document progress, modifying plans based on outcomes.
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, educators, and other team members to coordinate care.
• Maintain accurate, timely records including assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes.
• Support patients in generalizing skills to daily, school, or work settings.
• Engage in ongoing professional development and perform other duties as assigned by management.
