Contract Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) — Great Barrington, MA (14-week Travel Assignment)

We’re looking for a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist to join a team in Great Barrington, MA for a 14-week contract starting ASAP. This role follows a consistent schedule (Sun–Sat, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM) and is open to both travel and local candidates (Travel: $2,317/35-hr week; Local: $2,282/35-hr week).

You’ll evaluate and diagnose speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders using clinical evaluations and diagnostic tools, then design individualized treatment plans to meet each patient’s goals. Day-to-day, you’ll provide therapy to improve articulation, fluency, voice, comprehension, expression, and safe swallowing; recommend and train on AAC devices when appropriate; and coach patients and families on strategies and home exercises. Monitoring progress and updating treatment plans, maintaining clear and timely documentation (assessments, plans, progress notes), and helping patients generalize skills to daily life, school, or work will be central to the role.

You’ll collaborate with physicians, therapists, educators, and other members of the care team to deliver coordinated, patient-centered care. Staying current through professional development and being willing to take on other duties as assigned by management are also expected.

Requirements: a valid, active Speech-Language Pathologist state license.
