We are seeking an experienced Speech-Language Pathologist to provide comprehensive assessment and treatment for communication and swallowing disorders. The clinician will perform diagnostic evaluations, determine diagnoses and severity, and develop individualized treatment plans. Responsibilities include delivering evidence-based therapy to address articulation, fluency, voice, receptive/expressive language, and dysphagia; recommending and supporting augmentative and alternative communication (AAC) as needed; educating patients and families on strategies and exercises; and helping patients generalize skills to daily, educational, and vocational settings.

The role requires ongoing progress monitoring and documentation (assessments, plans, and progress notes), timely modification of treatment plans, collaboration with physicians, therapists, and educators for coordinated care, and participation in professional development. Other duties as assigned by management.

Requirement: Valid, active state license as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
