Locum Tenens Urologist — Stevens Point/Wausau/Wisconsin Rapids, WI (ASAP–Ongoing)

Join a busy urology team covering outpatient and inpatient services across Stevens Point, Wausau, and Wisconsin Rapids, WI. This locum tenens role starts ASAP and continues on an ongoing basis, offering flexible clinical hours (about 36 hours/week) with 2–3 days of OR time weekly and occasional outreach (1–2 days/month) to Wisconsin Rapids. You’ll manage adult patients (average daily volume ~16), admit and round on inpatients, and take beeper call roughly 7–10 days per month (including one weekend). Call response time is 30 minutes.

You’ll work with a supportive team: 1 RN, 1 MA, 2 APPs, and 1 office staff member. The hospital is Trauma Level III and uses Epic. Hospital privileges are required (temporary privileges can be arranged). Travel, lodging, and malpractice insurance are covered.

Requirements: board certified, active Wisconsin license or willingness to obtain one, and current BLS.

Coverage type: clinical duties plus call. Service setting includes both outpatient and inpatient care. Shift schedule and call are flexible to fit the practice needs.
