Join our team as a contract Respiratory Therapist in Great Barrington, MA. This travel assignment starts ASAP and offers varied shifts with weekend requirements to be determined and participation in holiday rotations. Compensation: $1,863 per 30 hours.
Key responsibilities and expectations:
- Provide respiratory care as a Registered Respiratory Therapist, supporting adult and neonatal patients as required.
- Cross-train on the cardiology side of the department, performing EKGs, stress tests, Holter and event monitor setup/analysis, and related monitoring duties (including EEG support as needed).
- Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams and adapt to varied shift schedules.
Required qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of current RRT experience.
- Active RRT credential through the National Board for Respiratory Care (NBRC).
- Valid Massachusetts Registered Respiratory Therapist license in good standing.
- Active American Heart Association BLS certification.
- Active Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification.
- Experience with Meditech Expanse strongly preferred.
- Must have a personal vehicle for assignment-related travel and a permanent address on file.
This role is contract/travel; candidates should be ready to start immediately and meet all licensure and certification requirements.
