• Flexible schedules - Four days (32 hours) per week
• 8 am - 5 pm schedule with rotating Saturdays
• Family physician will see mostly pediatrics
• Join one pediatrician and five nurse practitioners
• Each provider has their own medical assistant
• After-hours call shared equally among all providers
• Patient volume of 20 - 25 patients per day
• DEA required
