**Oncology Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA)**
**Location: Torrington, CT**

• Shift: Monday–Friday, full-time; 4-day workweek option available

• Role Overview:
• Provide value-based care to oncology patients in ambulatory/outpatient settings
• Manage the full spectrum of outpatient care, including:
o Benign hematology visits
o Sick/urgent visits
o Chemotherapy education and teaching visits
o Bone marrow aspirations
o Overseeing infusion follow-up appointments
o Ongoing survivorship care
• Participate in building and expanding a comprehensive cancer program
• Work collaboratively within a close-knit team focused on compassionate, high-quality care

• Qualifications:
• Eligible for Connecticut licensure as a PA or APRN
• Certified as a PA or nationally board-certified as a Family NP, Adult NP, or Adult Gerontology Primary Care NP
• Oncology experience as a PA, NP, or RN preferred
