**Assignment Details**
- Start date April 1, 2026
- Ongoing assignment
- One provider requested
- Approximately 10–12 days per month
- Three clinic days per week plus scheduled OR time
- 24-hour call coverage from 7:00a–7:00a
- Weekend and weekday availability preferred

**Clinical Details**
- Outpatient practice with inpatient responsibilities as needed
- Up to 16 patients per day
- General urology with laparoscopic and robotic case mix
- Assigned and unassigned patient coverage
- EMR: Epic
- Trauma level IV environment

**Requirements**
- Board Certified in Urology
- Active Washington license or IMLC
- ABLS required
- ACLS required
- BLS required
- PALS required

**Compensation**
- Rates: Facility is accepting bids
- Malpractice: Provided
- Travel: Reimbursed
