**Assignment Details**
- Start date June 1, 2026 with ongoing coverage
- Two providers requested with multiple providers accepted
- Primary responsibility is call coverage, typically one week per month
- Scheduling includes three to four 24-hour call shifts during assigned week
- Estimated credentialing timeframe approximately ninety days

**Clinical Details**
- Combination outpatient and inpatient urology coverage
- Average daily clinic volume approximately fifteen patients when applicable
- Average callback volume approximately four to five hours per day
- General urology with preference for surgical skill set
- EMR system Epic

**Requirements**
- Board Certified in Urology
- Active Washington license or IMLC
- BLS required
- Experience with general urology procedures and surgical call coverage
- Clean background and malpractice history

**Compensation**
- Rates: Facility is accepting bids
- Malpractice: Provided
- Travel: Reimbursed
