**Locums | Critical Care (NP/PA) | No Call | Clearwater, FL**
**Why This Role**
- Consistent ICU coverage with no call responsibilities
- Manageable daily census in a high-acuity inpatient setting
- Strong multidisciplinary support with experienced nursing staff
**Assignment Details**
- Start date ASAP with ongoing coverage
- Inpatient ICU coverage only
- No call requirements
- Flexible scheduling with ability to accept multiple providers
**Clinical Details**
- Inpatient critical care medicine setting
- Average census 8–12 patients per shift
- 58-bed critical care department
- Admissions required
- Trauma level II facility
- EMR system Cerner
- Robust RN support with additional APP coverage
**Requirements**
- Board Certified or Board Eligible Advanced Practice Provider
- Active Florida license required
- ACLS and BLS required
- Critical care or ICU experience required
**Compensation**
- Rates: Facility is accepting bids
- Malpractice: Provided
- Travel: Reimbursed
