Fellowship-Trained Gastroenterologist - Partnership Track, Strong APP Support, $500-550K

• Established group with partnership eligibility after 3 years (minimal buy-in)
• Guaranteed base salary for the first 3 years plus uncapped productivity earnings

• Inpatient rounds at one hospital

Call schedule:

• Hospital consults/weekends: 1:12 (shared with another GI group)
• Weeknight call: 1:5 (group-only)
• Call volume is generally mild and manageable

Compensation & benefits:

• Competitive compensation range: $500,000-$550,000 (negotiable)

Requirements:

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school
• Completion of an ACGME-accredited Gastroenterology fellowship
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Gastroenterology
• Eligible for or able to obtain a Massachusetts medical license
