Carilion Clinic Family Medicine – Dublin is seeking a full-time family medicine physician to join a well-established, community-focused, outpatient-only practice where teamwork and collaboration are at the heart of patient care. This position offers full-scope family medicine (excluding OB) within a patient-centered medical home model that emphasizes preventive services and comprehensive chronic disease management. The practice features convenient on-site lab testing and minimal call responsibilities, shared among neighboring practices with no weekend call. Physicians enjoy working in a supportive, collegial environment while caring for a diverse patient population ranging from farmers to lawyers, creating a dynamic and rewarding clinical experience.
