**Assignment Details**

- Coverage provided in support of ongoing recruitment
- Average of 27 scheduled patients per day
- Two-provider model with shared coverage across sites
- One APP rotating between locations
- Estimated credentialing timeframe of approximately 90 days

**Clinical Details**
- Office-based and inpatient MFM coverage
- Practice mix includes approximately 95% high-risk and 5% low-risk pregnancies
- Nursery Level III
- Onsite ultrasound available with GE equipment
- Support team includes RN clinic educator, sonographer, genetic counselor, and front office staff
- EMR: Epic with Viewpoint
- Clinical scope includes amniocentesis, chorionic villus sampling, cerclage preferred, management of pre-eclampsia, multiple gestations, growth restriction, chromosomal and congenital abnormalities, pre-term labor, hypertension, thrombophilia, genetic disorders, vaginal and cesarean delivery, and complex maternal or fetal comorbidities

**Requirements**
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Maternal Fetal Medicine
- Completed MFM fellowship
- Active VA license
- BLS required
- AIUM certification preferred
- Self-Query NPDB dated within 30 days required at time of presentation
- Provider must submit to all required postings to be considered

**Compensation**
- Rates: Facility is accepting bids
