- Coverage during recruitment period
- Average of 27 scheduled patients per day
- Two-provider service with shared site coverage
- One APP rotating between sites
- Estimated credentialing timeframe of 90 days

**Clinical Details**
- Office and inpatient MFM coverage
- High-risk obstetric population with approximately 95% high-risk pregnancies
- Low-risk pregnancy volume approximately 5%
- Procedural and clinical scope includes amniocentesis, chorionic villus sampling, cerclage preferred, management of pre-eclampsia, multiple gestations, growth restriction, chromosomal and congenital abnormalities, pre-term labor, hypertension, thrombophilia, genetic disorders, vaginal and cesarean delivery, and complex maternal or fetal comorbidities
- Onsite ultrasound available with GE equipment
- EMR: Epic with Viewpoint

**Requirements**
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Maternal Fetal Medicine
- Completed MFM fellowship
- Active VA license
- BLS required
- AIUM certification preferred
- Self-Query NPDB dated within 30 days required at presentation
- Providers must submit to all required job postings to be considered

**Compensation**
- Rates: Facility is accepting bids
