A 50-bed Emergency Department in Hermitage, TN is seeking a Locums Emergency Medicine Physician for ongoing coverage. This is an on-site role with flexible shift options, strong support staff, and a steady patient volume in a Level III Trauma Center.

• On-Site Coverage
• No Call Required
• Coverage includes weekends and nights
• Shift Options:
• 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM
• 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• 1:00 PM – 10:00 PM
• 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
• 4:00 PM – 10:00 PM
• 9:00 PM – 6:00 AM
• 2 Emergency Medicine physicians per shift

• Level III Trauma Designation
• Annual Census: 128 (average daily volume)
• Patients Per Hour (PPH): 1.95

Support Staff

• 32 hours of APP coverage per day
• Fully staffed Emergency Department RNs
• Collaborative team-based care model

Requirements

• ABEM Certified (Required)
• Active Tennessee medical license
• Ability to commit to minimum 3-month assignment
