7 on 7 off schedule with day, swing, and night shifts available
18 - 22 patient admissions per shift
178 patient census, surge capacity up to 185 - 210
Hospitalists run all codes at night including non-unit patients
Day shift: respond to codes for unit patients only
Day shift: 7 am - 5 pm, swing: 2 pm - 9 pm, night: 9 pm - 7 am
We negotiate better pay and deposit it weekly
We arrange complimentary housing and travel and comprehensive malpractice coverage
We simplify the credentialing and privileging process
Access to online portal for assignment details and time entry
