Hospitalist Near Lake Superior; 7-on/7-off Schedule $340k+ CPH# JOB-3235042

This dynamic opportunity offers a rotating practice between Duluth and Virginia, MN, providing exposure to both a large tertiary referral center and a critical access hospital setting. In Duluth, physicians practice within a 350-bed level I trauma center.

Enjoy a collaborative environment with dedicated day teams, admitters, and nocturnists, an open ICU with required ventilator management, and manageable patient volumes supported by APPs. In Virginia, practice in a 30-bed Level IV trauma center and stroke ready facility with a hospitalist-run ICU, supported by accessible subspecialty consults and strong ancillary services including MRI and CT.

Physicians work alongside one APP on days with dedicated nocturnist coverage, managing a balanced census with procedural work not required. Both locations offer a flexible 7-on/7-off schedule, with 175 shifts considered full time, opportunities for teaching and quality initiatives, and a fully integrated Epic EMR system.
