UPMC Hillman Cancer Center is currently seeking a Medical Oncologist/Hematologist to join our team in Seneca, PA! We are seeking physicians with excellent clinical skills, interested in delivering high quality care and participating in numerous clinical trials available throughout the UPMC Hillman Cancer Center network. Successful candidates should have or be able to obtain a Pennsylvania medical license and be board certified/board eligible in Medical Oncology and/or Hematology. Salary and benefits are highly competitive and commensurate with experience.


The candidate will join as the second physician in a busy medical oncology practice on the UPMC Northwest hospital campus, offering the latest medical oncology treatments and clinical trials. Physicians in the practice are well supported as part of an integrated, physician-led network of clinicians. Work with an experienced team of medical oncologists/hematologists, advanced practice providers, specialized oncology nurses, lab, pharmacy and support staff. Enjoy unprecedented growth in a practice that includes outpatient and inpatient medical consults, chemotherapy, lab and supportive therapy visits. Care is provided in the clinic and hospital Monday – Friday, 8 am – 5 pm. On-call coverage is shared between physician colleagues.

About UPMC Northwest

UPMC Northwest in Seneca, Cranberry Township, has 96 private rooms, including 30 that can be converted for semi-private occupancy, yielding as many as 126 beds. A one-story, 28-bed behavioral health building, part of the UPMC Behavioral Health Network, adjoins the hospital via an enclosed walkway. A nine-bed inpatient rehabilitation unit and a 16-bed transitional care unit are also located adjacent to the hospital. State-of-the-art treatment technology equips UPMC Northwest to meet patients’ health care needs.
