Details:

- Provide comprehensive primary care to a diverse patient population and collaborate with a supportive clinical team committed to delivering excellent care.
- Consult with patients to understand symptoms and health concerns
- Diagnose and treat acute and chronic conditions such as hypertension, diabetes, and heart disease
- Prescribe and manage medications, therapies, and preventive care
- Monitor patient progress and re-evaluate treatments as necessary
- Provide health education related to wellness, nutrition, and disease prevention
- Administer immunizations and order/interpret diagnostic tests
- Maintain accurate medical records and coordinate care with other specialists
