Location: Silverdale, WA – Kitsap Peninsula, approximately 30 miles west of Seattle (via ferry)

Dates: Specific blocks listed below. Ongoing Need

Rates:
Hourly: $455
Night Call: $800 (includes 2.5 gratis hours)
24-Hour Call: $3600 (includes 4 gratis hours)
Call Back: $455/hour (post gratis)
Orientation: ½ hourly rate after first 8 hours

Assignment Details
Practice setting: Inpatient
EMR: Epic
FTE: 1.0
1–2 cardiac ORs
1 EP lab
1 structural interventional lab
2–5 cardiac cases per week (guaranteed)
No general cases
No CRNA supervision
Other anesthesiologist onsite (not same case)

Schedule
Mon–Thur: 6a–4p
Fri–Sun: 24-hour call (6a–6a)
1 night call per week (after shift)
1 weekend per month

8/10–8/13 (6a–4p) + 8/14 (6a)–8/17 (6a)

Required Certifications
Board Certified Anesthesiology
Cardiac Anesthesiology Fellowship
TEE Certified
BLS, ACLS, DEA
WA license preferred or IMLC (LOQ required at submission)

Rates:
Hourly: $455
