**Location: Mystic, CT**

• New opportunity for a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner (APRN) to join a dynamic Pain Management team
• Outpatient-based role with flexibility to work at satellite locations
• 32-hour per week schedule
• Shift: Tuesday–Friday

Qualifications:
• Eligible for Connecticut licensure as a Physician Assistant (PA), Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP), Adult Nurse Practitioner (ANP), or Adult Gerontology Primary Care Nurse Practitioner (AGPCNP)
• Experience as a PA or APRN highly preferred
• Pain management, injection therapy, orthopedics, neurosurgery, rheumatology, or primary care experience highly preferred
