Coverage type: Scheduled clinical hours + in-house call

Providers needed: 2
Clinic schedule: Approximately 20 hours per week (2.5 weekdays)
Call schedule: One 24-hour in-house call shift per week
Patients per shift: 10–20
Department size: 16 beds
Credentialing timeframe: Approximately 90 days

Clinical Responsibilities
Manage both obstetric and gynecologic patients
Routine and complicated deliveries
Fetal heart rate monitoring and interpretation
Cesarean sections and decision-making
Repair of third and fourth degree lacerations
Office gynecology procedures including IUD placement, colposcopy, LEEP, and cystoscopy
OB ultrasound performance and interpretation
Surgical gynecology (preferred)

11 MAs
4 NP/PAs
18 additional clinical/office staff

Requirements
Board Certified OB/GYN
Active Washington license or IMLC
Ability to manage both routine and complicated obstetric cases
Hospital privileges required
No supervision of APPs required
Housing / Travel
Long-term housing requires pre-approval
Housing budget approximately $3,600 per month
