- Flexible 7–10 days per month with predictable weekend rotation
- Consult-heavy service with limited direct admissions

**Assignment Details**
- Start date 4/1/2026
- End date 12/31/2026
- 7–10 days per month
- One weekend of 24-hour call per month Friday 7am through Monday 7am
- Beeper call with 30-minute response time
- In-house call not required unless called in for surgery

**Clinical Details**
- Inpatient neurosurgery consult service
- Average daily census 25–50 patients with approximately 70% consults
- 1–2 admissions on average
- Level I trauma facility
- Broad neurosurgical scope including trauma, spine, tumors, cerebrovascular, and ICP management
- EMR: Epic

**Requirements**
- Board Certified Neurological Surgery
- Active Missouri license or IMLC
- ATLS and PALS required
- Ability to manage general neurosurgery and trauma cases
- Comfort rotating with established group

**Compensation**
- Rates: Facility is accepting bids
- Malpractice: Provided
- Travel: Reimbursed
