Position Overview:
We are recruiting a full-time Adult/General Psychiatrist to assist in patient management within our inpatient units. This role offers a flexible schedule, competitive pay, and the opportunity to work in a dynamic, supportive environment. The ideal candidate will be Board Eligible or Board Certified in Psychiatry, with all subspecialties welcome and new grads encouraged to apply.
Position Highlights:
- Setting: Inpatient adult psychiatry and detox services
- Census: Average 15 patients per day
- Support: Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner support based on census
- Schedule: Full-time, M-F with minimal call coverage required
- Team Culture: Multidisciplinary and mission-driven
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide psychiatric evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment for patients in an inpatient setting.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Ensure high-quality, patient-centered care in a compassionate and professional manner.
- Participate in team meetings, case reviews, and clinical supervision as needed.
Requirements:
- MD or DO from an accredited medical school.
- Board Eligible or Board Certified in Psychiatry.
- Active CO medical license or ability to obtain one.
- Strong clinical skills and a commitment to evidence-based practice.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

We provide exceptional, evidence-based intensive outpatient programs (IOP) and partial hospitalization programs (PHP) for individuals facing behavioral health challenges.
