• Full-time schedule with one evening shift weekly and one Saturday monthly
• Average 20-24 patients per 8-hour shift, 25-27 per 9-hour shift
• Family practice in outpatient clinic setting
• Primarily Spanish-speaking, farm-working families
• Age range from 6 months and up
• Coverage needed with possibility to extend
