• Mon-Fri 8 hour shifts with weekday and weekend call
• Must be willing to privilege for 4 locations
• 50% endoscopy at one facility
• Peripheral nerve blocks, general, neuro/spine, vascular, ortho
• PALS, ACLS, BLS certification required
• Cases include robotics, cardiac, thoracic procedures
• No training for blocks provided
• Hospital privileges required
