**Psychiatry – Child & Adolescent**
**Location: Southington, CT**

• Position: Board Certified/Eligible Child & Adolescent Psychiatrist
• Provide outpatient behavioral health services for children and adolescents
• Work within a multi-disciplinary treatment team, serving as a clinical team leader to coordinate and supervise care across disciplines
• Conduct diagnostic admission evaluations, psychotherapy, and pharmacotherapy as appropriate
• Complete timely documentation of assessments, interventions, and discharge summaries in compliance with medical staff regulations
• Monitor risk indicators and take timely action to ensure safety of patients, staff, and visitors
• Adhere to evidence-based prescribing practices with informed consent for medication trials
• Serve as a liaison with schools, family members, primary care providers, and external clinicians
• Provide supervision to selected non-physician health professionals
• Participate in Medical Staff Committees and meetings as required
• Engage in mentorship programs, virtual grand rounds, and academic development opportunities
• Support for professional growth through a Provider Leadership Development Institute and Office of Provider Wellness

Qualifications:
