A well-established independent nonprofit hospital in Hastings, Nebraska is seeking a **Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Emergency Medicine physician** to join a collaborative emergency department team.

This opportunity offers the chance to practice emergency medicine in a supportive environment focused on patient-centered care. Physicians work alongside experienced emergency medicine providers and advanced practice clinicians while utilizing modern clinical technology and strong hospital resources.

The emergency department serves approximately 16,000 patients annually and provides a manageable workload with a team-oriented culture.

**Position Highlights**
-Work 12-hour shifts with a balanced and manageable schedule
-Provide emergency care in a department with nine treatment areas and Level III trauma designation
-Collaborate with emergency physicians and advanced practice providers in a team-based care model
-Utilize EPIC as the electronic medical record system
-Participate in quality initiatives and departmental leadership activities
-Support the development of strong healthcare partnerships throughout central Nebraska

**Candidate Qualifications**
-Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Emergency Medicine
-Family Medicine or Internal Medicine physicians with emergency medicine experience also considered
-Eligible for medical licensure in Nebraska
