**Location: Winsted, CT**
**Board Certified / Board Eligible in Family Medicine**

• Role: Academic Primary Care Physician – combination of clinical and faculty responsibilities
• Location: Winsted, CT (Litchfield County, western Connecticut)
• Setting: 100% office-based, outpatient Primary Care
• Patient Population: All age groups – newborns to adults
• Schedule: Full-time, weekdays only; mix of precepting, patient care, and administrative time
• Call: Phone call only; averages 2 call weekends per year and 1 weeknight approximately every 2 months
• Shift Detail: Combination of clinical and faculty responsibilities
• Work Authorization: H1B cap-exempt organization
