**Primary Care Opportunity -- Oxford, CT**
**Board Certified / Board Eligible in Internal or Family Medicine**
Position Overview
• Role: Primary Care Physician (18+)
• Location: Oxford, CT – a growing community in western New Haven County with a rural New England character and easy access to nearby cities
• Setting: 100% office-based, outpatient Primary Care
• Schedule: Full-time, weekdays only
• Shift Detail: Weekdays only
• Teaching: Optional with faculty appointment
• Call: Phone call only; averages 2 call weekends per year and 1 weeknight approximately every 2 months
• Work Authorization: H1B cap-exempt organization
Compensation & Incentives
• Guaranteed base salary
• Uncapped incentive bonus
• Loan repayment support
• Sign-on bonus and/or stipend
