We are seeking an experienced and collaborative physician leader to serve as Program Director for an established Family Medicine Residency Program in good standing. This is a leadership opportunity for a clinician-educator who values mentorship, accessibility, and resident engagement within a supportive, collegial training environment. The Program Director will foster a transparent, resident-centered learning environment emphasizing mentorship, collaboration, and shared ownership of program success. Leadership is hands-on, accessible, and embedded within the clinical setting.

* Standard weekday schedule: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
* Balanced role with approximately:
* 1/3 continuity clinic
* 1/3 precepting and clinic support
* 1/3 administrative and leadership responsibilities
* Inpatient service approximately every 6th week, with manageable call structure and strong resident support

**Qualifications**

* Minimum 3 years as core faculty
* At least 3 years of GME educational or administrative experience
* Demonstrated excellence as a clinician, educator, and mentor
* Preferred - Prior Associate Program Director experience
* Preferred - OB experience
* Preferred - Interest in research
