**Women’s Health Residency Track or Women’s Health / Primary Care Fellowship**

• Role: Primary Care Physician with a Women’s Health focus (no OB)
• Setting: 100% office-based, outpatient Primary Care
• Schedule: Full-time, weekdays only; ask about 4-day work week option
• Shift Detail: Weekdays only, optional 4-day work week
• Teaching: Optional with faculty appointment
• Call: Phone call only; averages 2 call weekends per year and 1 weeknight approximately every 2 months
• Work Authorization: H1B cap-exempt organization

Qualifications
• Requirements:
o Unrestricted State of Connecticut medical license (or eligible)
o Board Certified / Board Eligible in Internal or Family Medicine
• Preferred:
o Women’s Health Residency Track or Women’s Health / Primary Care Fellowship
o Strong training and interest in Primary Care / Women’s Health
