Job Description

Just outside of Milwaukee, join an outpatient Primary Care opportunity in a welcoming community in southeastern Wisconsin. A 4 day work week and 1:8 call in a collaborative and sound setting. Nestled between scenic lake country and the vibrant amenities of Milwaukee. This physician-led practice emphasizes patient access, continuity, and provider autonomy while supporting a healthy work-life balance. This is an excellent setting for both experienced physicians and new graduates.

Outpatient Primary Care w/No OB Responsibilities.
2 Year Guaranteed Base Salary.
4 Day Work Week - 35 Patient Facing Hours.
Light Call at 1:8.
