**Assignment Details**
- Start date May 4, 2026
- Ongoing coverage for long-term permanent search
- Monday-Friday schedule, 8:00am-5:00pm
- Average 18 patients per day with minimum expectation of 18 PPD
- Credentialing timeframe approximately 40 days

**Clinical Details**
- Outpatient pediatrics practice
- Responsibilities include general pediatric care and pediatric chronic care management
- Provider must be comfortable treating pediatric behavioral health concerns including anxiety
- Support staff includes 1 RN and 2 MAs
- EMR: Epic

**Requirements**
- Board Certified Pediatrics
- Active California license
- BLS certification required
- Prior FQHC experience required
- Experience managing pediatric behavioral health concerns and chronic care management
- Active DEA required prior to start

**Compensation**
- Rates: Facility is accepting bids
- Malpractice: Provided
- Travel: Reimbursed
