- General, ENT, and endoscopy cases
- No cardiac, trauma, or OB cases
- Weeknight and weekend pager call required
- Hospital privileges required
- Board certification required
- Paid malpractice insurance; pre-paid travel and housing expenses
- Assignment details and time entry in online portal
