- Call ratio 1:5 with 30-minute response time requirement
- 20 patients per shift with approximately 750 deliveries per year
- Both inpatient and outpatient coverage required
- Comprehensive delivery skills including breech and multiple births
- High-risk pregnancy management and VBAC experience required
- C-section proficiency and complex delivery management needed
- Repair of 3rd and 4th degree lacerations required
- Paid malpractice insurance; pre-paid travel and housing expenses
