**Assignment Details**
- Start as soon as credentialed (approximately 60+ days)
- Ongoing coverage with minimum 5 shifts per month; preference for consistent monthly coverage
- 12-hour shifts available: 7am–7pm or 7pm–7am
- Providers must be available for nights and weekends

**Clinical Details**
- Emergency Department with approximately 24,500–25,500 annual visits
- Average daily volume 55–60 patients
- 17 ED beds with APP support shifts throughout the day
- Approximately 4.9% transfer rate to tertiary centers
- Physicians work alongside APP team for patient coverage
- EMR: Meditech

**Requirements**
- Board Certified Internal Medicine or Family Medicine (ABMS or AOA)
- Active Ohio license or IMLC with LOQ
- ACLS, ATLS, BLS, PALS, and NRP required
- Minimum 2 years recent Emergency Medicine experience
- COVID vaccination required
- Clean background required
- Self-query NPDB required at presentation

**Compensation**
