**Assignment Details**
- Start as soon as credentialed (approximately 60+ days)
- Ongoing coverage with minimum 5 shifts per month; preference for 8–10 shifts
- 12-hour shifts available: 8am–8pm or 8pm–8am
- Provider must be available for nights and weekends

**Clinical Details**
- Emergency Department with approximately 18,527 annual visits
- Average 15–20 patients per shift per provider
- 11 ED beds with fast-track capability
- Approximately 17% admission rate and less than 7% transfer rate
- Physician responsible for supervising APPs and writing admission orders
- Consulting services include radiology, cardiology, pulmonology, gastroenterology, urology, and hematology/oncology
- EMR: Allscripts/Paragon

**Requirements**
- Board Certified Internal Medicine or Family Medicine (ABMS or AOA)
- Active Ohio license or IMLC with LOQ
- ACLS, ATLS, BLS, PALS, and NRP required
- Minimum 2 years recent Emergency Medicine experience
- COVID vaccination required
- Clean background required
- Self-query NPDB required at time of name clear

**Compensation**
