Job Summary:
Mercy Health is seeking a dedicated and skilled Gynecology Physician to join our growing team. This is a full-time opportunity with a balanced schedule, offering comprehensive support and resources to provide exceptional patient care. The selected candidates will be responsible for taking call on their own patients to start.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality general gynecology care to patients.
- Perform surgical and non-surgical treatment of gynecologic conditions.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Participate in hospital rounds and provide consultative services as needed.
- Maintain accurate and thorough documentation in compliance with hospital policies.
- Engage in continuous education and professional development.
- Contribute to quality improvement initiatives within the department.
Qualifications:
- Board-certified or board-eligible in Gynecology.
- Valid Ohio medical license or ability to obtain one prior to start.
- Strong clinical, surgical, and diagnostic skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Commitment to compassionate, patient-centered care.
Schedule & Call Coverage:
- Full-time position with a reasonable patient workload.
- 1:4 call
