- 7 on 7 off nocturnist schedule
- Average 18 day census with 20 day admits and 20 night admits
- Hospital setting
- APP available to assist MD and provide cross coverage
- Closed ICU with intensivists running codes
- Preferred procedures include EKG, vent management, lumbar puncture
- We negotiate better pay and deposit it weekly
- We arrange complimentary housing and travel and comprehensive malpractice coverage
- We simplify the credentialing and privileging process
