- Small programs with low volumes of elective cases
- Community-based program
- Optional call coverage weekday and weekend
- 1-2 weeks per month, 2-3 shifts per month
- Basic procedures: thora, para, PICC, HD catheters, central lines
- Paid malpractice insurance; pre-paid travel and housing expenses
