**Board Eligible/Board Certified Physiatrist (Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation)**

Practice Setting: Well-established PM&R practice with outpatient focus and collaborative care model

What We Need:
• Provide care across a range of PM&R services including stroke, traumatic brain injury, orthopedics, neurology treatments, and general PM&R procedures
• Strong focus on clinical excellence and patient satisfaction
• Excellent interpersonal skills and commitment to building strong relationships with patients and the community
• Collaborative approach with a team of Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation providers to deliver high-quality care
What You Can Expect:
• Flexible Monday–Friday schedule with 36 patient contact hours and 4 hours of administrative time
• Weekend call and rounding rotation: 1:4
• Primary focus on outpatient care, with PTO coverage for other physicians
• Inpatient PTO coverage at Dyer and Crown Point locations
• Key outpatient services include:
o EMGs
o Botox treatments for spasticity and migraine management
o Pain management and interventions
o Prosthetics and orthotics
• Well-established practice with experienced clinical support staff
