**Location: Lafayette, IN**
**Board Eligible/Board Certified Nephrologist**

Practice Setting: Growing nephrology practice with clinic, inpatient rounding, and dialysis outreach coverage.

• Ability to collaborate with physicians, advanced practice providers, and care teams to deliver high-quality patient care
What You Can Expect:
• Flexible full-time schedule
• Physician time divided between clinic, hospital rounding, and dialysis outreach locations
• Minimal travel to outreach clinics (less than 1 hour from the main campus)
• Crawfordsville clinic: once per week, 10–14 patients (10:00 AM – 4:00 PM)
• Rensselaer clinic: once per month, 10–14 patients (10:00 AM – 4:00 PM)
• Call coverage: 1:4 rotation
• Average outpatient volume: 10–15 patients per day
• Average inpatient volume: 0–5 patients per day
• Nurse Practitioner support available
