**Location: Berlin, NH**
*Board Certified/Board Eligible Pediatric**

• Integrated Pediatric Role: Position is integrated within the Family Medicine clinic, working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary primary care team.
• Schedule: Full-time position with 32–40 hours per week. Option for a four-day work week with four 8–9 hour shifts.
• Compensation:
Pediatrician: Approximately $250,000 – $275,000 annually.
• No Call Requirements: No night or weekend call responsibilities.
• Collaborative Care Model: Access to Integrated Behavioral Health services to support comprehensive pediatric care.
• CME Support: $3,600 CME allowance plus one week of CME leave annually.
• EMR System: Utilizes AthenaOne electronic medical record system.
